Introduction
Your use of Silvers (SILVERS Inc)’s (hereinafter referred to as “Silvers”) online marketing platform https://www.thesilvers.dk/ (hereinafter referred to as “the Platform”) requires acceptance of Silvers' terms, including Silvers' privacy policy, cookie policy, and any other applicable guidelines (collectively referred to as “the Terms”). To use the Platform to book and purchase experiences, you must actively consent to the Terms. If you cannot accept the Terms, you will not be able to use the Platform. Silvers reserves the right to amend the Terms.

Experiences
Silvers' platform (“the Platform”) facilitates a booking function that allows users (“bookers”) to book experiences from individuals (“hosts”) who offer services (“experiences”) on the Platform. Silvers and the individual hosts are not in a hierarchical relationship; hosts operate as independent contractors (freelancers). The Platform contains and provides factual information, enabling Silvers to facilitate contact between bookers and hosts.
Services are managed and performed by the hosts (private individuals) who offer their services via the Platform.
By using the Platform, you accept that Silvers is not responsible for the services provided by a host and that Silvers is not a party to any disputes between the parties in an agreement for the provision of services.
Booking Experiences via the Platform
Booking of experiences always takes place exclusively through the Platform. Personal support is available on the days and times specified on thesilvers.dk.
Communication
Silvers reserves the right to communicate directly with all users of the Platform in connection with the provision of the service (see Section 2.2) via email, phone, notifications, social media, and communication apps. This communication will always be related to the service and will not be marketing.
Marketing communications will only be directed to users who have actively consented to receive them. This consent can be withdrawn at any time by contacting Silvers.
Payment
Unless otherwise stated, users of the Platform must follow the applicable guidelines for booking and payment for experiences. Bookers and hosts cannot deviate from the prices set on the Platform. Any attempt to circumvent this will result in immediate exclusion from the Platform.
Bookers' card information is handled by a separate provider, Stripe, which has the highest security level for online payment solutions. Silvers does not have access to your card information, which is sent directly to the provider, and cannot be held responsible for any misuse of bookers' card information.
Payment will be withdrawn from the booker's credit card, after which Silvers will send a receipt to the booker's email address.
The total price for the purchased service will appear on the receipt. There are no additional fees beyond the stated total price.
Silvers only accepts card payments, e.g., Visa, Visa/Dankort, Visa Electron, and Mastercard. Card payments will only be charged when the service is completed.
Silvers charges a service fee for providing the platform. The service fee is charged per booking and is paid by the booker.
Cancellation and Change Policy
Our top priority is providing memorable experiences. However, certain situations beyond our control, such as adverse weather conditions or unforeseen circumstances affecting the host (e.g., illness), may require us to cancel or reschedule a booking. In such cases, we offer the following options:
- Reschedule the Experience: We will work with you to find a new date that suits your schedule.
- Credit for Future Use: We can issue a credit, which can be applied to any other available experience on our platform.
- Refund: If rescheduling or credit is not suitable, we can arrange a full refund.
Please Note: We do not issue refunds for cancellations initiated by the guest. If you need to make changes, feel free to contact us at thesilvers.dk@gmail.com. While we’ll do our best to assist, we cannot guarantee changes or refunds in such cases.
Complaints
To ensure good cooperation between hosts and bookers, we recommend that any complaints about a delivered service are sent as soon as possible via email to thesilvers.dk@gmail.com with photos and a description of the problem.
Silvers is not obligated to provide compensation for complaints but will always help to find an amicable solution to any issues.
Termination of Platform Use
Bookers may terminate their use of the Platform at any time in accordance with the terms for the Right of Withdrawal and Cancellation, cf. Sections 5 and 8.
Silvers may terminate or suspend a booker's right to use the Platform at any time by providing written notice.
Taxes
Silvers is not responsible for hosts' payment of taxes, VAT, etc., as it is the responsibility of each host to handle tax, VAT, etc., in accordance with the applicable laws. However, Silvers provides guidance to all hosts on how to report to the tax authorities and reserves the right to exclude hosts from the Platform if they fail to pay taxes.
Prohibition of Direct or Hidden Advertising on the Platform
Direct or hidden advertising on the Platform by users on their own or others' behalf is not permitted. Any action in violation of this will result in immediate suspension from the Platform.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
The Terms are governed by Danish law.
Disputes regarding the Terms shall be resolved in the Copenhagen City Court.
