Spend an hour on a Tuesday morning walking around the Lakes in Copenhagen with Ove, life coach and former Senior Advisor at Novo Nordisk, who has spent his life shaping people and ideas. Ove known for his structured thinking, and love of philosophy, music, history, and poetry. He’s someone you rarely get the chance to meet, let alone spend an hour in the morning with.
Ove has joined this project to be a part of a solution for bridging gaps and helping others to find meaning, one interesting walk and talk at a time. This walk and talk is about meeting with another mind and getting ideas out in the open first thing in the morning, with a person who is always on the quest for finding new purpose and meaning.
Ove was born and raised in Vesterbro, right next to the Lakes. He brings a lifetime of insights to these walks. After a career at Novo Nordisk, where he designed leadership programs for future change-makers, and led H&R and People, Ove now devotes his time to mental health advocacy, volunteering at Livslinien and working with youth. Ove is sharp, kind, and full of surprising perspectives. He’s well-read in history and poetry. He’s someone who values freedom, the unexpected, and the power of connecting with others. As he puts it: “Life’s meaning isn’t found in revolutions; it’s in the small revolutions we create every day"
